Roles in groups (rotate between sessions)

Timing buffers
- If behind at 0:40: shorten teach block by 5 minutes; keep group exercise
- If ahead at 1:15: optional pair share of action plans
Accessibility checks
- Describe visuals on slides
- Accept typed responses in chat as equivalent to spoken reports
- Offer plenary-only route if breakouts are inaccessible
