Teach block
Use examples from participants’ org types (international NGO, domestic charity, faith-based, multilateral affiliate). Do not name real vendors from the room.
Decision block
Most groups should land on option 2 or a heavily bounded option 3. Full green adoption should be rare.
Push groups to fill charter fields even if decision is “no AI.”
Challenge block
Assign challenge groups randomly. Require revision, not defense only.
Watch for performative “we consulted communities” language. Correct gently: exercise is fictional.
Post-assessment
Allow 10 minutes after session if hosting organization wants same-day completion.
