Level 3: Governance and adoption | 90 minutes
By the end of this session, participants will be able to:
- Compare individual convenience uses with organizational policy and classify examples as green, amber, or red.
- Analyze a fictional organizational AI challenge using a governance lens (no real operational data).
- Choose among no AI, more evidence and consultation, or a limited pilot for organizational review.
- Challenge another group’s decision from frontline, manager, and policy perspectives.
- Revise a decision with a named approval owner and safe next action.
- Draft key fields of a bounded pilot charter (owner, baseline, inputs, success, exit).
Observable behaviours
- Records a governance decision with consultation gaps named explicitly
- Identifies at least two stakeholder perspectives that change the recommendation
- Names an approval owner and stop threshold
- States that classroom exercise is not community consultation
